- Development of oil and petroleum product spill prevention and response plans for offshore and coastal facilities;
- Development of comprehensive drills and training exercise plans for offshore and coastal facilities;
- Assessment and calculation of the adequacy of resources and equipment for oil spill response;
- Calculation of financial coverage for oil spill response operations in accordance with Russian regulatory requirements;
- Development of measures for the prevention and response to oil spills and emergencies as part of the project documentation to be submitted to the State Environmental Expertise and the Chief State Expertise;
- Development of documentation analyzing the overall environmental benefits of using dispersants and in-situ burning in marine waters.
